I have been working at Natural HR full-time (More than a year)
Before Natural HR, I had no prior experience in any marketing role/environment.
The company provided me with an opportunity to start my Level 3 Digital Marketing apprentice and throughout my journey with Natural HR, i've been provided with opportunities for career growth and major exposure to core marketing actives, helping to bolster my experience within the industry.
I am now approaching my second year with Natural HR, and I'm delighted to be well underway with my Digital Marketing L4 course.
Natural HR provide a great environment, promotes positive company culture and values every team member in the business.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Natural HR (Birmingham, England) in December 2019.
The process was an enjoyable one. The first telephone interview with Gemma Rudge was really good. It was around 20 minutes andwe managed to cover all questions asked. My second interview was a F2F with Gemma and Sarah Dowzell which was great. I felt comfortable and was able to be myself. My second F2F interview with just Sarah was great, we discussed certain aspects of the role and what is to be required and i had an sense that they knew my potential in the role. Overall i was really impressed by the interview process and can't speak highly enough of Gemma and Sarah.
