I have been working at Nestlé Purina full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work, bright and challenging people with a good heart, great career and people management, fantastic international opportunities

    Cons

Lots of priorities, centrally driven model with strong local input mixed with high "alignment" culture makes us somewhat slow in a very dynamic market

Company Updates

  • “I started with Nestlé Purina in 2014, and in the few years I’ve spent with the company, the one thing that has stood out to me most is the talent development. I have now worked in a few different departments, offices, and under different leadership teams. During this time, there is one thing that has remained constant, and that’s the value my leadership team puts on my personal and career development. In my opinion, this is a perfect example of the company putting their people first as a ‘Best Place to Work’.” – Josh B., Supply Chain Analyst http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQLf4
