I have been working at Nestlé Purina full-time (More than 10 years)
Great place to work, bright and challenging people with a good heart, great career and people management, fantastic international opportunities
Lots of priorities, centrally driven model with strong local input mixed with high "alignment" culture makes us somewhat slow in a very dynamic market
I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina (Gatwick, England) in February 2015.
There was a telephone interview, skills tests, 1 competency based interview and final interview with 2x senior management. overall standard interview process. Previous employees have had to complete assessment days where they completed on the spot presentations and debates. Always advise reading up on nestles business commitments.
“I started with Nestlé Purina in 2014, and in the few years I’ve spent with the company, the one thing that has stood out to me most is the talent development. I have now worked in a few different departments, offices, and under different leadership teams. During this time, there is one thing that has remained constant, and that’s the value my leadership team puts on my personal and career development. In my opinion, this is a perfect example of the company putting their people first as a ‘Best Place to Work’.” – Josh B., Supply Chain Analyst http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQLf4
“I absolutely love coming to work for Nestlé Purina every day. The culture is second to none, and over the years my work team has become like family…” – Anonymous Current Employee, Davenport, IA
