New Look is one of the UK’s leading fashion retailers, and has been bringing the latest trends to the high street since 1969. Our product lines cover womenswear, footwear, accessories, beauty, menswear, girls’ fashion and home accessories. We dress over 1.1 million customers every week, via our expanding network of more than 500 stores, and through our fast-growing digital footprint.

Our headquarters’ main function is to support our physical and online stores around the world. In the UK, we have two locations London and Weymouth with departments such as HR, IT and Finance working side by side with Designers, Buyers and other creative outlets.
Our stores are at the heart of our business, and the sales teams keep the whole company beating! On starting, we provide enjoyable and informative induction and training plans. As you reach key milestones within the company, to keep you at the top of your game, we have schemes in place to help inspire, drive and enhance your New Look career.
Where are they based?
New Look boasts two state-of-the-art distribution centres located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme and Staffordshire.
Why are they important?
Our distribution centres are crucial to everything we achieve at New Look: they keep our stores well stocked, and deliver fast and accurate orders to our online customers.
How do they operate?
Our centres have over a one million square foot capacity – so pretty huge! They handle more than three million units per week, and operate 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at New Look (London, England) in March 2017.
Most unprofessional interview I've ever been to. They didn't introduce themselves, didn't have set list of questions (they only asked 3), made no notes and rushed me out of the door, didn't ask if Inhad any questions at the end. Had to do a presentation followed by some questions and answers, then they asked a few competency questions. It's been a week and still haven't had feedback. Clearly hiring internally and doing external interviews because they have to.
