New Look is a global fast-fashion brand, delivering catwalk-inspired trends to men and women around the world, 24/7.

With stores in 23 countries across Europe, China, North Africa and Asia, and a website delivering to 120 countries (and counting), we’ve come a long way since opening our first store and it’s all down to the amazing people who work here.

The people of New Look make our brand what it is. To make sure they love working here we’ve created a culture in our stores and our offices that’s encouraging, sociable and rewarding. From weekly charity cake trollies and office sports teams to team nights out, we’re always looking for ways to make New Look a great place to work.

Many of the activities and events that play a big part in our culture also raise money for the New Look Foundation. We set up the Foundation in 2009 to support global community partnerships and charities. Supporting communities near our ethical supply chain is really important to us – we’re currently supporting two projects in India, the construction of a school building and a programme that economically empowers women living in slums through training them to become garment workers.

We also offer staff two days off a year (paid) to volunteer for a cause of their choice

We love all things new and get as much of a buzz out of constantly updating our products as our customers do buying them.  And with 800 new products uploaded online every week, we make sure that each time our customers’ visit there’s something new to excite them.

We’re passionate about what we do and most importantly, we have fun doing it. Sharing this positivity with our customers is important to us. By weaving our brand through everything we do, from our people and store environments, to marketing and social media, we make sure our customers not only look good but feel great too.

Our roots may be British, but today we’re a truly international brand, with over 800 stores across the UK, Europe and Asia.

Out of our 852 stores:
759 are directly operated New Look stores: in the UK, Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium, Poland, China and Germany. 93 are run by our franchise partners across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

And through our online store, we deliver to around 120 countries across the globe.

In 2014 we opened our first stores in China, with plans to open many more in major cities and we now have 94 stores.

    I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at New Look (London, England) in March 2017.


    Most unprofessional interview I've ever been to. They didn't introduce themselves, didn't have set list of questions (they only asked 3), made no notes and rushed me out of the door, didn't ask if Inhad any questions at the end. Had to do a presentation followed by some questions and answers, then they asked a few competency questions. It's been a week and still haven't had feedback. Clearly hiring internally and doing external interviews because they have to.
