I worked at Newton Investment Management full-time
Good working environment - great people and a high level of autonomy. Career progression is good at more junior levels. Flat structure means even more junior staff get a voice. Emphasis on work/life balance
Career progression becomes harder at more senior levels. Perception is of "entrenched" top management. While work/life balance is good, some parts of the organisation can feel less dynamic than peers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Newton Investment Management (London, England) in September 2017.
Initial phone screen, followed by 2 on-site interviews, each comprised of 2 1 hour sessions. First on-site included a written (pen & paper) technical test as one of the sessions.
