I worked at Next Big Thing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great team when I joined

    Cons

Your managers will be changed without notifying you, your promotions will be forgotten after salary discussions without notice. For a company THIS small, they sure have a lot of issues starting from "what they want to do". I am glad to move away from this shallow organisation put up by their once hard working team(who all left!)

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Next Big Thing in December 2019.

    Interview

I had all of my process remotely because I was living at a different city. The process went quite well, had 4 calls one with HR manager, and 3 with people in the team. The first one with the director, and the others with team members + director.
