I have been working at Next Retail part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Bonus, flexible hours, easy to swap or pick up shifts on marketplace. Can get time off if there are too many staff in, so you don't need to use up all your holidays. Staff very friendly and management/training very supportive. Fun and friendly place to work

    Cons

Not great pay, busy sale periods where everyone has to work.

    Advice to Management

    None.

    Sales Assistant Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Next Retail (Norwich, England).

    Interview

It was a mobile interview first about why I would like to work at the company and my past jobs etc.
They then followed that with a face to face interview, which was boring and nothing was asked about me.
