The recruitment process consists of three steps, as follows:
1st step: Phone Screening, during which you are asked questions about your ambitions, your personality and your match with the company.
2nd step: Roleplay interview (over the phone), in which you play the role of a recruiter trying to understand whether a candidate is a good fit for one of your clients' openings. You get all the material in advance.
3rd step: Assessment Center
