I worked at Nisbets full-time
Great culture, good people with very customer focussed mindset. Good opportunities for anyone prepared to work hard within a team based environment
Location is an issue for some people, difficult to get to and not served particularly well by transport networks, although Nisbets have tried to help this with flexible start and finish times
Advice to Management
Never forget what has made Nisbets a great company to work for, family values, opportunity to develop as an individual within a tight knit team
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nisbets (Liverpool, England) in March 2016.
Only one agency deals with getting new employees, phone interview first with the agency, then if successful get invitation to interview conducted by area manager and other management person who's in charge of retail. Very informal, random chit chat .
Personal feeling afterwards- not sure if it went well cause it was so weird.
Advice - don't go
