    Assistant Manager Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nisbets (Liverpool, England) in March 2016.

    Interview

Only one agency deals with getting new employees, phone interview first with the agency, then if successful get invitation to interview conducted by area manager and other management person who's in charge of retail. Very informal, random chit chat .
Personal feeling afterwards- not sure if it went well cause it was so weird.
