NonStop training is a mixture of classroom-based, one-on-one, self learning and 'on-the-job' training, intially under the supervision of our five-person inhouse Training & Development team. You will also learn from more experienced colleagues around you and, as you progress, receive significant coaching from Team Leaders.
The intial phase of training lasts for an average of three months but this is entirely down to you and there is no time limit - we will continue to work with you for as long as it takes, provided you match our efforts. Here at NonStop, you get out what you put in.

What does it take to ensure success at NonStop? It's all about mindset: resilience, the ability to take feedback, entreprenurial spirit, great communication, motivation and drive.
My name is Kevin and I wanted to write a brief introduction in the hope it helps to give an indication about myself and the philosophy behind NonStop Recruitment, the company I formed in May 2000.
Whilst I appreciate these days it may seem a bit of a cliché, I am one of those individuals that started from humble beginnings. From living in a car in South London to working over 30 jobs, including in fast food restaurants and as a courier driver, ice rink engineer and door-to-door salesman selling books, kitchenware and most famously frozen fish and gourmet foods, my CV was hardly a sparkling pinnacle of achievement.
Whilst out selling fish I spotted an advert for a London City head hunting firm. Their minimum requirement was degree-level education, which I didnt have as I left university after a year. Undeterred I got on the phone and convinced them to give me an interview. I remember how raw I was in those days, but I could sell and I was hungry for success and somehow I managed to get a shot. In my second month I placed eight candidates and went on to hit my car target almost immediately, before the intake three months earlier managed it. In my first year I earned just under £100k in income, billing in the region of £400k. This was truly life changing for me.
After one year a number of people left that business and they convinced me to move to another firm in Old Street, which I did and quickly established myself as the top permanent recruiter in that business. After just two years there I decided to start out on my own.
Looking back now, I honestly don’t think I could have made more mistakes, but that is after all how we all learn. I wanted to create a recruitment business for recruiters, one with exceptional commission, a positive sales culture, with the energy of my first recruitment employers but with the humanity of the second.
The learning curve was steep and at times truly harsh - maybe one day, after a beer, I can tell the full story, but regardless, NonStop was born. It has evolved continually despite a lot of challenges and finally it is becoming the kind of firm that I imagined in the beginning.
Some time ago I reached my personal targets and now my ambition is driven towards taking the young people that we trained and helping mentor them as they take the same journey I went on, without so many of the mistakes, and to build a global business with truly exceptional values: meritocracy, rewards, learning and giving people a chance.
I am most proud of the meritocratic way that the business operates - that we employ people without any relevant experience and do our best to develop them into professional head hunters, managers and directors.
I get messages from ex employees who left 10 years ago that say that their careers started with my training, and I look at some of the people that have worked so hard over the last few years and have developed professionally and personally into confident young business people, buying properties, travelling the world, driving super cars and pushing the business forward over the coming years, and the reward is to know that in some small way the platform that I have developed has helped enable them to reach their potential.
We are still learning, still making mistakes, but honestly the business has never been better or more enjoyable to work in.

I have been working at NonStop Recruitment (Less than a year)
You will find a very diverse culture, there are teams designated specifically to different markets and industries.
I have to say the ongoing training and the feeling of support is something refreshing.
It can definitely lead to a long lasting career in the business but I like the fact that working as a recruiter for NonStop will teach you the core and most valuable skills a good communicator must have: business acumen, sales and negotiation skills, empathy and looking to provide value.
Another great point is that NonStop has offices in multiple locations around Europe, which is beneficial if one would like to relocate.
The open office aspect might not be for everyone.

Keep up the good work
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at NonStop Recruitment (London, England) in May 2017.
Initial telephone interview, assessment day, maybe a second telephone interview.
You have to do an assessment centre which is 9-5 and you give a presentation, take a writing test, and role plays.
