    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Nordstrom.

    Interview

It was easy because I was a rehire. They just asked about my availability. If you are interviewing for the first time, you will have a phone interview then set up an in-person interview. The phone interview is pretty lenient because they care more about your in-person personality rather than what you are like over the phone.
