I have been working at Nordstrom full-time (More than a year)
good team good food good
bad salary bad schedule bad
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (London, England) in April 2016.
I was an international applicant for this position. After my initial online application, I was contacted to say I'd been successful in getting through to the next stage, which was a video interview with pre-recorded questions. This consisted of 9 questions, none of which were too difficult to answer. I was then contacted to say I'd been successful in this stage, and was asked to participate in an interview via Skype. It was my first Skype interview, but the panel were really friendly which made me feel at ease.
Proud to announce that Blake Nordstrom was named one of Glassdoor’s Top CEOs!
When Glassdoor asked how our recruiting efforts reflect our industry, he noted, "People have choices [of] where to shop. There’s an even higher bar when you decide where you’re going to work. You are taking your character, your reputation and your integrity and saying, “I want to go work with that company and those people.” So at the end of the day, we want people to feel proud of the team and the company they’re associated with."
