None anymore, NAR touts that they have a long history since 1979; however, no one from that era is involved. Company has been run by non-roofing professionals for years and any of the staff that was around and built the company from 1979 were all fired.
Cons
If you are looking for long term, professional employment in commercial roofing, you may want to avoid this company. It has been sold 3 times in the last 6 years and is now ran by a "Consultant Company" that takes distressed companies and "tries" to turn them around. So far they have failed epically. No one from the time the company was a $150 million a year business is still there - the "Consultant's" fired them all and they are now struggling to break $50 mil. The "Consultant's" are mafia like thugs who make it known that the new Investment Company that is the current owner, plans on selling out as soon as they can. Why risk your future with a company that was once a real National player in the roofing industry to one that is shrinking daily and withering up and dying?
