    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at North Yorkshire County Council (Northallerton, England) in September 2015.

    Interview

    Application form was completed detailing all relevant experience to the job and person specification. If you didn't take time to share all information you would be sifted out of the process. CVs are not accepted.
    There was an online psychometric test which took 45 minutes.
    Interview was a presentation followed by competency based interview, lasting an hour.
