    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at North Yorkshire County Council (Northallerton, England) in July 2019.

    Interview

Task on arrival before meeting the panel - paper and pens provided. Presentation of task to panel. I found some of the questions quite similar, didn't think they allowed you to show off your capabilities very well.
