I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (More than a year)
Well structured role
Great benefits - pension, car, gym, free breakfast and lunch, social events
Premium priced products makes it a tough sell to struggling NHS.
Flexible working policy variable across the business and dependent on who your boss is.
Limited opportunity for promotion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk in July 2014.
I applied for a position through TalentDesk.com for another company. I received an email from a third party
whether I wished to conduct an online Yahoo IM interview with Jeff Frazier; as they were happy with my resume.
I proceeded with the interview and was offered the position after consulting with some managers . The interview took about 1.15 hour to complete. I haven't received any confirmation in writing and haven't been able to find reviews on employees that work from home . I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out!
No negotiations were needed , I was happy with what was offered
Novo Nordisk named one of FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For (2015): http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIKy5
