I worked at Novo Nordisk full-time (More than 3 years)
Novo Nordisk takes a real interest in its employees, both in terms of well-being and professional development. Loads of tools and resources to make use of which is also reflected in the company culture. You have to prove your worth of course, but that's the business world! If you're eager, driven and hard-working you're definitely get noticed. It's a company you're proud to work for.
A bit disconnected between headquarter needs and global operational ones, though must say, some effort was already been put into it, to bridge the gaps.
I applied online. I interviewed at Novo Nordisk in July 2014.
I applied for a position through TalentDesk.com for another company. I received an email from a third party
whether I wished to conduct an online Yahoo IM interview with Jeff Frazier; as they were happy with my resume.
I proceeded with the interview and was offered the position after consulting with some managers . The interview took about 1.15 hour to complete. I haven't received any confirmation in writing and haven't been able to find reviews on employees that work from home . I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out!
No negotiations were needed , I was happy with what was offered
Novo Nordisk named one of FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For (2015): http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vIKy5
