I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Oddschecker (Hammersmith, England) in July 2018.
The interview process was swift and pleasant. The first interview was with HR and the Finance Manager. This consisted of standard career and competency questions with opportunities to find out more about the role/company. There was also a short excel test consisting of 3 different problems to solve ranging from formatting to mathematics. Recruiter informed me that I had passed to the next stage the same day
I then arranged for the final round interview to be the next day. This was with the Finance Director. This was a general chat about my career so far, what I'd be doing at Oddschecker and another chance to find out more about the company from culture to its strategy. I received an offer the following day.
All the interviewers were very personable and friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had.
