Our dynamic Reception Management Service primarily focuses on Reception “Meet and Greet”, Meeting Room Management, Switchboard and Corporate Help Desk, as well as the delivery of a range of personal and corporate Concierge Services through Privee at Office Concierge. 

Front of house teams are hand-picked by our dedicated recruitment department and teams are curated specifically to our client’s needs. We imagine and devise original ways to deliver 5 star service that meets the individual requirements of for each client. 

As a full management service, we work across a diverse portfolio of clients of various sizes in the corporate, residential and retail sectors.

Our service is in operation at more than 220 buildings across London’s skyline including The Shard, 30 Mary Axe (“The Gherkin”) and Heron Tower. Each year we welcome more than five million visitors to our buildings.

    I have been working at Office Concierge full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Working for OC is a great experience!

    OC has helped me introduce myself into the Corporate world where I managed to improve my customer service skills and learn a lot of new things.
    Although it took a while to get a static position in a site, it was totally worth waiting because now I get to work in a nice place with 2 amazing colleagues.

    Also, having a person like Kirsty as Account Manager makes us really lucky as she is always there to listen and support us. Not to mention that she sorted in less than a week every issue I had with my uniform. Real professional!

    OC is rewarding as long as you are professional and you keep the company standards high.

    Cons

    Long hours, but you get used to it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening and supporting your staff.

    Very fast and straight forward interview process. I felt as long as you were capable of job in hand, they were willing to give me a break, despite the gap in my CV and my lack of knowledge in the corporate front desk world. Friendly and helpful.
