Office Concierge – Why Work For Us?

undefinedWe believe in recognising and rewarding talent. We offer attractive salaries with excellent benefit packages and exciting opportunities for developing your career with Office Concierge.

If we think you've got the potential to contribute to our growing team of over 450 people, we'll help you realise it with our unique in-house training programmes, the creation of meaningful personal career development opportunities supported by our underlying business ethos of “promotion from within”.

OUR TRAINING ACADEMY

undefinedThe OC Training Academy was established in 2008 and has as its "raison d’etre" the delivery of the 'OC Way', our unique customer service program. The 'OC Way' blends the academic and practical components of what it takes for a corporate receptionist to achieve the memorable "5 star hotel style" visitor experience.

The Academy is located at our head office in Queen Anne Street. The luxurious space allocated to the training rooms ensures that all attendees learn in a comfortable and modern environment.

Whilst our in-house training courses are only available for Office Concierge employees, we also hold regular 'Open Courses' for those interested in developing personal reception management skills.

I have been working at Office Concierge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Before my interview with OC I looked at Glassdoor to check reviews and I was worried to see a lot of negative feedback. Luckily my experience with the company was really good so far. I guess it really depends on a site and people you work with.
I started as an Elite but very shortly I got a static role in one of sites where I've spent 2 years. I was lucky to work within nice team. Over 2 years I've had 3 different account managers and all of them were very lovely people.
My current manager Kirsty is so approachable, she listen to what you say and makes things happen!
So just an advice to everyone who reads this and considering to join OC. Dont get pulled off by negative comments. You might have a good experience like me. Good luck!

    Cons

Need to book holidays quite in advance to get the days you want

    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Office Concierge (London, England) in August 2016.

    Interview

Very fast and straight forward interview process. I felt as long as you were capable of job in hand, they were willing to give me a break, despite the gap in my CV and my lack of knowledge in the corporate front desk world. Friendly and helpful.
