    I have been working at Oliver James Associates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I have been at OJ for almost six months now and can't fault my experience so far! The culture is positive, fun and hard-working, with promotions awarded literally every week. There's a big social element to the job too, and the perks really reflect this (free drinks every Friday, regular events, team nights out etc) so if you're not one for being part of the action, this probably isn't the place for you!
    Apart from the social side of things, it's obvious your development is important to OJ. I feel supported in everything I want to achieve both at the company and in the future. It's as though even my prospects beyond OJ are important - a very smart way to retain staff, if you ask me.

    Cons

    Promotional opportunities could be more transparent for those outside of sales.

    Flexible working could be offered more widely.

    Advice to Management

    As you grow, keep up the progressive and supportive culture you have created. This is your USP.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Oliver James Associates.

    2 interviews. Both very challenging in terms of questions they asked. Both interviews with senior directors of the business. Interviews lasted about 90 mins each time. Very professional. Very welcoming and you can tell OJA will be an amazing place to work by the way that these colleagues presented themselves in the interviews.
