    Positive Outlook

I have been working at OpenCredo full-time (More than a year)

    - Probably some of the smartest people you'll ever work with
    - Super family orientated culture
    - If you're a permanent employee you'll get amazing learning opportunites and mentors
    - Competitive salaries
    - You'll work with really bleeding edge tech, e.g. distributed systems, data science/engineering, bit of AI, graph theory, etc
    - Monthly work events that a actually decent
    - Once per week "work from the OpenCredo office" days (there's food!)
    - Everyone is actually technical (CTO again one of the smartest people you'll meet, probably) except of obviously office admin, some finance, etc

    - Sales/BDM and account management is lacking, but they're trying
    - Customer base is a bit lacking right now, but also COVID-19
    - It's not a big company if that's your thing
    - Everyone is technical, i.e. if you want a non-technical delivery role like BA, PM, etc then this isn't for you
    - Massive imposter syndrome sometimes, due the quality of people here (but eventually that goes away)

    Advice to Management

    - Keep working on sales/BDM
    - As above, broaden your customer base

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenCredo (London, England).

Brief call, followed by a 30 minutes call and then face to face interview with two of the current employees, standard interview process. A bit long to contact me the first time (holidays period), after first contact everything went quite fast.

Why Upgrading to Terraform 0.12+ Should be a Priority - OpenCredo

Terraform 0.12 is not just a standard release but is a major one that introduces significant incompatible changes - although HashiCorp have tried hard to minimise the impact through upgrade tools and guides. The release is focused on the introduction of HCL2, (a merger of the HashiCorp Configuration Language and the HashiCorp Interpolation Language).
