I worked at OpenCredo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

OpenCredo is a very unique place to work. The density of professionals are incredibly high. They are one of the best in the industry.
Working here is challenging in good manner, but every day people can learn something new. They have very high standard for their consultants and really care about their clients.
OpenCreado has serious partnership with very strong technological companies.
The company fulfills everything what a software engineer needs: learning opportunities, interesting projects, conferences, relaxed (head office) environment.
The company is transparent, you really feel you are a part of a community.
I can just strongly recommend both employers and clients. I am doubt, I find such a good place as OpenCredo.

    Cons

Because they have a lot of professional people, less experienced consultants can feel the pressure to reach their level.
Management give lack of guidance which technologies needs to pick up, and material depends up to you.
However the company is transparent, communication doesn't work always in the best way.
Engagement leading should follow a pattern (methodology, engagement meetings...)

    Advice to Management

Spend time to provide an essential and good learning material which is good for newcomers to pick up their missing skills.
Emphasize your own best practices and communicate them toward the consultants.
More participant engagements really need a frame which allow everyone to get back feedback frequently and take action as earlier as possible.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenCredo (London, England).

    Interview

Brief call, followed by a 30 minutes call and then face to face interview with two of the current employees, standard interview process. A bit long to contact me the first time (holidays period), after first contact everything went quite fast.
