    I have been working at Opus Professional Services Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I have worked for Opus for 4 years starting as a trainee, going through the ranks to a Principal Consultant with many success stories along the way. Hard work and dedication is rewarded and nothing goes unnoticed with the senior management team even as the company grows to the levels it has now. The company strives to be bigger and better than its competition every single day and in my opinion gives every person that joins the platform they need to become whoever they want to be by giving them the very best tools the industry has to offer to succeed. The company has grown from around 25 people to 250+ in the 4 years I have been there but even with such high levels of growth they have stayed well grounded and leave no stone unturned in their exploits to become the global leader in the recruitment game. Opus are innovators in the recruitment space and there is certainly no other company I would rather work for as every day is different, the people are amazing and new opportunities are forever arising giving their employees the chance to further expand their earning potential and career. With Darren Ryemill at the helm, the company can achieve whatever it desires as he is probably the most aspirational and hard working leader I have met and he realises there are no boundaries to what you or Opus can achieve which makes it a very exciting place to work.

    Cons

    The only "cons" so to speak are that if you aren't willing to work hard it's not the right environment for you. Opus will provide you the platform to become the best version of yourself, but with the high levels of growth and where the company are going, you need to want to achieve the same as everyone else and be on the same page to not be left behind as it's a company that offers a lot of opportunity and can offer you everything you desire as long as you give them hard work and commitment in return. They strive to be the best so you should too!

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Opus Professional Services Group (London, England) in July 2016.

    Interview

    Interviewed by a consultant then director.
    The first involved generic recruitment consultant interview questions and a role play.
    The second was more personal and then regarding my CV. I was disappointed to be turned down after this.
    The reason was because I did not have enough experience or b2b sales...which I understood, but also thought it was ironic as the role advertised is a TRAINEE position! Where it even included a "world class" 12 week training period....
    They should have advertised it without the Trainee title.
