I have been working at Orbitz Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)
Everyone is treated equally regardless of your position and that is the culture of the office. There is definitely potential for you to grow further within the company. The company is quite flexible when it comes to working hours and off course the extra benefits are always nice.
You don't interact with other departments within the office as much.
Advice to Management
Introduce the new starters to different department and explain what each of those departments are looking after
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Orbitz Worldwide in June 2014.
Referals are big here. I interviewed over the phone first with someone from HR that took about 30 minutes outlining past experiences and why I want to work at Orbitz. After getting through the phone interview, I came to the Chicago office and interviewed with 4 different sales people whom are now on my team. One of the interviews was over the phone with a main executive in the Chicago office.
