Pros

It is a great company to work for, with continued development in the workplace and loads of opportunities to learn and take part in different projects and with different teams.

Cons

A change to a flexible way of working means I find it lonely sometimes when I work from home alone but the company have put in measures to help with this.

    Interview

A 15 minute Microsoft Teams call followed by an hour competency based interview with a panel of two. They seemed surprised that I hadn't managed a large team or budget and this was reflected in their feedback.
