    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Oxford Industries (Atlanta, GA (US)).

    Interview

Tough interview. Start with HR then they bring in a department manager. VERY open-ended question. Not very conversational at all. Would not interact with me outside of the interview. Everything went through a recruiter. Didn't feel personal or like they were really trying to get to know me and what I brought to the table. Asked lots of "personality" based questions that are difficult to answer on the spot.
