    Interview

I had four interviews. (1) Conversation with Recruiter (30 min); (2) 1 hour competency style; (3) More competency questions; (4) Presentation. The next stage would have been the final chat with a Partner.

I didn’t hear back following interview 4 for a few days so I chased the Recruiter. She replied to say that the PA were freezing hiring until they made some decisions on budget and that she would keep me updated. I replied to say, regardless of the hiring freeze issue can she let me know whether I passed interview 4 and if they could share feedback with me. The Recruiter didn’t reply. I chased again a week later but got the same vague response. It was very disappointing to put so much time (hours of prep and hours of interviews) in and not even get some useful feedback from PA.

I mentioned that I have ADHD at the final interview - was that a factor in how PA treated me next? I’m not sure (because they didn’t provide me with feedback!)

PA - please treat your applicants with respect and take time to provide updates and feedback. I still haven’t heard from you on the outcome of the hiring freeze. Luckily I have accepted another amazing role now, so I have stopped chasing you.

Why PA? Competency questions e.g. difficult client, how have you influenced, critical problem solving etc
