The PHMG Foundation is our unique fundraising initiative, designed to help us give something back. Founded in 2013, it was established with one key objective in mind:

To assist – in any such way the trustees see fit – any charity whose aims include relieving poverty, distress, sickness and disease.

Every year, each department in the company selects the charity they want to fundraise for, allowing us to support the causes closest to our hearts. In just four years, we’ve raised more than £150,000 for almost 50 different organisations – taking part in 150 activities including marathons, triathlons and assault courses. 2016 was our biggest year yet, and we raised a record total of £30,000. This was doubled by the company to create a donation of £60,000, and this incredible result is all down to the hard work and generosity of our staff.

Last year may have been a huge success, but we’re not stopping there. 2017’s list of charities features 18 worthy causes including Action for Children, Rainbow Trust and the Toronto Humane Society. With a new target of £50,000 and a host of exciting events in the pipeline, we plan to make this year even bigger and better.

    Pros

    The company provide you with excellent training, support and resources to be sure that you can do your job to the best of your abilities and talk about the service with knowledge and confidence. The commission structure is great and keeps us all motivated to put in hard work and the little PH perks here and there really do set this company apart from others.

    The lifts can get very busy

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PHMG in February 2017.

    Interview

    First a screening telephone call from internal recruiter.

    Next a twenty minute telephone interview.

    Then a face to face interview with the head of sales including tour of London office, sales floor and games room. Good buzz about the place.

    The final interview was spending half an hour shadowing a person in the role i applied for. Then nearly an hour long interview with the regional director.
