I have 17 YOE total,12 yrs in my country (PH) and 5 yrs here in the US. I started at $38k(2019) as a loan support analyst at PNC, an entry level position, to get my foot in the door, transferred to a new role last 2022 and making $52k. I was let go last Tuesday due to bank wide staff reduction and now looking for a job. I have a vast knowledge in loan documentation and servicing, also worked as UAT officer. How much pay should I start looking now that does not feel like I was underpaid?

I’m currently an R3 and am in the process of interviewing for an A1 position. The recruiter told me that the position starts at $45k and since I’m already above that I’d probably not get an increase. I’ve been with PNC for 22 years, I’d no longer receive incentive and I’m promoting into a higher career level. I don’t want to settle for what I’m already getting paid when I essentially would be getting a promotion. How would you negotiate for a pay increase?

I’ve been working at PNC for 21 years currently as a branch banker. I currently make $44,500 and recently applied for an ABM position. What would be a reasonable expectation for a salary increase if I’m offered the position? I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by accepting a lowball offer, I’ve done that a couple times in the past by not negotiating a higher salary and I regret it. PNC

How is my salary compared to the market rates? I work as an Automation engineer and I mostly work on the Salesforce platform using Java, selenium and TestNG. I make 78k base with no stock or bonuses. I work remotely and I’m based outta Pittsburgh,PA (LCOL). For context I’ve been working at PNC for approx 18 months and I started off with 63k base. I got a promotion and a raise taking me to 78k rn

InterviewAfter completing the assessment. I received an email to do a phone interview. After that step, you move to a face to face interview. I had the pleasure of interviewing with three Branch Managers. One in person and two via webcam. Super easy process, managers made me feel comfortable.
