I have been working at Paddy Power Betfair full-time (More than 3 years)
Best of all bookies to work for. Good pay and rewards for good performance . Company cares about staff . More positive descretion than other high street bookies. Bonus scheme , shareshave.
Work life balance. Involves late shifts during weekends and busy periods , same as most bookies. Can be very busy compared to other high street bookies especially otc.
Advice to Management
Have better training plans in place for new starts and for people looking to progress.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paddy Power Betfair (London, England) in February 2018.
I applied for the role of Assistant Store Manager at Paddy Power Betfair.
The process consists of 3 different steps. A phone call with a discussion about the role which they'll ask questions to test your competency, if you are successful from there you are then invited to an interview with a Talent Specialist. The interview will last about 35-45 minutes, you are asked a series of questions, why do you want to work for paddy power, where do you see yourself in 3 years, why do you want to leave your current job. The final stage is a meet up with the store manager to discuss what he expects from you and to confirm if you and he are suited to work together
