    Interview

I enjoyed the interview process. The interview involves Phone, Formal Phone interview and an Assessment day. After which you're put in the system etc. The Assessment days are pretty frequent, This is the third step in the interview process involving a sales pitch and group work. The stages happen in quick succession, there is not much of a time lagg.
