Pareto Law – Why Work For Us?

About Pareto

Discover how the Pareto Effect transforms sales success in the UK and abroad.

At the top of Snowdon Mountain in 1995, Pareto Law was born from a simple idea: to bring that top 20% of sales professionals who would make 80% of the difference to organisations across the UK.

Over twenty years later, our core aim is unchanged. With a touch of innovation, plenty of vision and a lot of hard work, we have grown to become the UK’s leading sales recruitment and sales training specialists. Only now, we’re taking the Pareto Effect global. Opening our New York office in January 2015, we now deliver market-leading sales solutions for some of the biggest brand names in the business worldwide. So whether you’re looking for a graduate job in San Francisco or to implement a bespoke sales training solution in Singapore, we have what it takes to meet your needs.

276k graduate sales job applications per year

I have been working at Pareto Law full-time

    Pros

I cannot begin to praise Pareto enough for all their hardwork and commitment to placing me in a role that is not only suitable for me, but also is tailored to my requirements in a job.

Starting from the recruitment consultant I worked with, who talked me through everything I needed to know about the assessment day, and kept in constant communication with me throughout, ensuring I was well prepared. He even stayed in touch with me after I was placed.

During the assessment day, I was made to feel at ease. Even though it was competitive, everyone was still professional and friendly. The day was structured well, and it was good to see that there were companies who were actively looking to hire candidates straight from the assessment day - no pressure!

Overall, my experience was fantastic and the outcome was positive for me, as I am now placed in a great role after a mere 2 weeks since being successful at Pareto's assessment day.

I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a career in sales. In fact, I did! And the person I referred has also gotten placed in a role - even before I was! Talk about a recruitment company that actually cares for its candidates and knows what they're doing, talk about Pareto

    Cons

The only con I can think of (and this is only because I didn't want to be biased) is that the day was quite long and it involved some waiting, but it is worth it if you're well prepared. The day is ran as it is so that they can accommodate for as many candidates as possible, while giving everyone an equal amount of attention.

My biggest advice is to bring food, and eat well before going for assessment day (but they let you know anyway)

    Advice to Management

None! Keep doing what you're doing. It is clear that you are constantly improving your processes. Keep it up
