    Customer Success Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in London, England
    No Offer
    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pegasystems (London, England) in April 2020.

    Interview

Had a call with the recruiter, it was very good, lots of relevant questions, then he said I was moving to the next stage with HM.

The interview with the HM was the most difficult I ever had in my life, he was extremely demanding, professional and had attention to detail, very positive in my opinion, so I was expecting it to be difficult. The interview started exactly on time and finished exactly on time.

The HM explored all my CV, not limiting himself to just the last 2 experiences, asked challenging questions and sometimes after my answer he continued to explore asking more things.

In the end of the interview he even gave me a feedback, he praised my CSM skills but had to check with the recruiter about additional things they were looking for, since the idea is to have people with specific knowledge in some markets, such as retail, for instance.

I was really impressed by the high level of the interview, this is the most serious HM I have ever interviewed with, I would love to work with him, but unfortunately, not his time.

    Interview Questions

    • Instead of asking standard and repetitive questions, the HM explored my CV and asked question to explore each of my past experiences.   Answer Question
