    Pros

    1) Bosses are very understanding and are willing to work with employees. They get as close to they can to letting everyone choose their work hours, Take the time to make sure everyone knows what they're doing, and are very understanding of anything that comes up. They listen to employee suggestions and often implement them if they are allowed to by the franchise owners (That has shifted a little bit as management has changed, but they still seem to hold this as a value at least a little). 2) If you love to work with kids, rest assured that this job allows and encourages you to interact with them, even if you're at the register. It's quite fun and you even get to know some of the regular attenders. But if you're less chatty or having an off day you don't have to fake it. 3) There are many very different stations to work at, which switch throughout the day. So you get good at all the stations and don't get bored.

    Cons

I only have a few minor nitpicks: The rules, pricing, and layout of things are often confusing and frustrating to guests (in some cases management takes a "the less the customer knows the better" approach, in others it's just the limitations/regulations of the mall/franchise owners that don't quite line up ), so you get a lot of confused and slightly frustrated customers, which can get frustrating to deal with because you know it's not as efficient as it could be. It can be frustrating if you are the sort of person who takes pride in their work. Also, they are in cook county, so they are under the vaccine mandate until that ends which makes things even more complicated and frustrating for everyone. Basically the rules don't make a ton of sense and you're responsible for enforcing them.
