You'll often be out of your comfort zone due to the speed Peppy moves. Work life balance can sometimes be impacted but this is the nature so a start up I guess.

    I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Peppy (United Kingdom) in Oct 2021


    The initial call was a nice chat, quite informal and was asked about my experiences and what my interest and knowledge of Peppy was.

    The second part was a task where you need to write out an email response to a practitioner that you're trying to convince to join Peppy, and the second part was about creating a timetable for practitioners.

    I found the second part quite difficult as there was very little information.

    Firstly you calculate how many booking may be expected for the month, to then create a weekly timetable, but have no information on how long the bookings take, whether you need to consider the practitioners availability etc. so it's disappointing this was where I was unsuccessful, but as others have succeeded it must be a shortcoming from myself rather than the data available, and perhaps I could have done more to try and somehow estimate a more specific timetable.

    The interviewers were very nice and as a whole the company seems a good place to work for, so aside from some disappointment and having to chase for an update (which isn't a surprise for a startup that's busy) there are no bad feelings.
