    Smooth, challenging, exciting

    Smooth - the entire way through the process my contact from the HR team (Alanna) kept me informed with where we were in the process and what else was to come. Alanna even managed to remember and show compassion for the significant life-event I was going through during the interview process which left a very positive feeling.

    Challenging - the process brought the best out of me and helped me understand the high expectations that are required from Pepsters. As someone who has struggled with imposter syndrome, it also gave me the confidence through the process that I am able to bring a lot of value to the team.

    Exciting - with every conversation I learned more things about Peppy that confirmed this is where I need to be. In this search I was looking for a company that enables me to help as many people as possible get access to the kind of services that have changed my life. After my evaluation and this interview process I’m adamant Peppy is the best place for me to do this.

    Nothing you wouldn’t expect from a competent sales interview process. No cheesy BS
