    I applied online. I interviewed at Personio in January 2019.

    Interview

    The interview process was professional, seamless and direct. It started with a basic call where I was screened to see if I would be a good fit for the company. In this phone call I was given very transparent questions with a wealth of information. I had an opportunity to ask questions myself to get a chance to know Personio. The second phone call was a one on one with the direct hiring manager. We had an opportunity to deep dive a little more into detail in regards to the expectations and what his department need it. It also wasn't a basic interview where we talked about my experienced it was more of a skills review where I had to present ideas and solutions to help Personio.
