I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pets at Home (Winchester, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was professional but welcoming, the staff were all friendly (which made everything a lot easier). The actual interview was relatively short but thorough, in terms of describing the role/job requirement.Q: Have you applied for other Pets at Home locations, recently? Q: Do you have previous experience with computer systems? Q: Have you previously sold products, do you have experience with selling products? Q: Have you had experience with a team that didn’t work well, and the alternative, experience with a team that did work well? Q: How would you deal with difficult customers? (+other questions that I can quite remember exactly)
