I have been working at Pivotal full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great culture and supportive environment.
There are daily stand-up meetings every morning after catered breakfast to share updates across teams.

Innovative product and vision. Pivotal has a leading position in the market with still lots of room to grow. Massive market opportunity!
Fast pace product development in ever changing market landscape.
Strong partner network and backing from VMWare, DellEMC.

Inside Sales team is expanding. The role is challenging and provides fantastic exposure into Enterprise PaaS sales environment with career growth.

Lot's of smart and talented people around the office. Still has a start-up feel.

    Cons

Only some growing pains at this point.

    Software Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in London, England

    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pivotal (London, England).

    Interview

Consisted of three rounds. First round was a Skype interview. Final rounds were based in the London office where I had to pair program on a current project. Enjoyed the interview process and learn't a lot during the process.
