Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

Advice to ManagementMore team building days/events to get to know other people.

InterviewFairly simple but pleasant interview process. First a phone call with a person from HR and then a video interview with the same HR person and a team member. The company seemed to have good qualities and cared about their staff although the salaries are quite low in my opinion. All the staff I spoke to were nice and friendly.
