ProsFriendly working environment with an extremely varied set of business challenges operating as a commercial business within government and public sector constraints
ConsIt is a business with three sets of customers to please - the public, the postmasters/franchisee holders, and B2B customers. It can be difficult to get the balance right.
We’re sharing our next steps in embedding diversity and making sure our future is an inclusive one.

I applied online. I interviewed at Post Office (Coventry, England, England) in Aug 2021
InterviewVery friendly and welcoming. The interviewer was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was more of an informal set-up with me sitting on a spin chair and the interviewer standing writing answers and details on a form. It was overall a very laid back thing and a great experience for my first in-person interview. Uniform, tasks and previous experience was all discussed. It was very clear that the team were all very warm and close and I would really love to work there. Hopefully, I'll get it!
