Regardless of how much money you might make with the clients that the company offers you, the interactions that you will have with the CEO of the company are totally worth your time. He tries to understand both his staff and the clients we work with, making time for lengthy phone and zoom calls. I admire his philosophy attempting to leaving behind corporate practices such as pushy salesman strategies, not giving a damn about their staff or not giving importance to the human aspect of business interactions. Don't get this wrong, a business is a business and we all are to make money and get a service, but all without leaving behind compassion, mercy and mutual understanding.
There are no downsides working for this company. Everything is as easy going as it gets.
