Interview
3 Stage Process:
- Stage 1: Informal video call with the Internal Recruiter - generally discussing the role, Pricecheck and the further stages.
- Stage 2: Video Interview with HR & Department Manager - slightly more formal, asking about experiences, why Pricecheck, situational questions.
Stage 3: Face-to-Face interview in the Pricecheck Office - final stage, more formal but still relaxed, more in depth questions about why Pricecheck, more questions about myself, situational questions.
All in all a fantastic recruitment process - I can't fault it.
Lucy, the internal recruiter, stays in touch throughout the entire process to guide you through it.
