We are the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist secure mental health services, working in partnership with the NHS to provide short, medium and long-term secure care and treatment tailored to the needs of patients who have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act. Our success reflects our proven ability to deliver results in this demanding market. Last year, 63% patients showed improvement in their overall mental wellbeing and 64% showed improvement in their risk profile
We are a growing force in rehabilitation, too. Our teams provide assessment, treatment and care for adults suffering from mental health-related disorders needing complex care plans to help their recovery.
And finally, we provide specialist long-term care for people with complex neurological disorders and those with learning difficulties.
All our services are recognised for their excellent quality and clinical excellence. We are always looking for ways to do things better – reviewing best practice, challenging outdated approaches, and staying at the forefront of treatment and care-led trends and solutions. The result is a vibrant, stimulating, evolving and rewarding environment for people who want to develop their careers as part of a recognised leader in the healthcare field.
Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do – and that includes recognising and rewarding you for your contribution to our success.
So it will come as no surprise that we put significant time and effort into creating a comprehensive benefits package for all our team members. It’s our way of saying thank you for all your hard work.

I have been working at Priory Group full-time (Less than a year)
Working with a friendly and supportive team.
Communication between departments can be slow and the workload is high.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Priory Group (Preston, North West England, England) in November 2015.
I felt the interview was quick and welcoming and the panel were straight to the point. They gave me time to process the questions and answer in my own time. They were understanding that I hadn't been involved in this sector previously
