Interview
I met with one of the Directors who was lovely. However, I never heard any feedback after my interview. It wasn't the nicest experience given the climate. I think it's important to provide feedback no matter the outcome, and not make someone feel like a box ticking exercise. You never truly know what someone is going through. Nevertheless, I hope you found the right person for your team.Can't remember the exact questions but it was an overview of experience and then Behavioural questions
