    Pros

    Work culture is great and there are a lot of good people to learn from. The everyday work will keep you at the very tip of your toes because of how exciting it is.

    Cons

    Only a select few can advance their careers.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good job, but try to give something back to your hard working employees that would do anything for the company.

    Process took over a month. 3 different interviews. One of the interviewers seemed very cold and unexcited to be there and made me very leery of accepting an offer if given one. Disappointing....
