Publicis Sapient – Why Work With Us?

In the space between next and now is HOW. Seize the space.

Now and next. Here and there. These notions all share a fundamental truth. The space in between is what makes all the difference.

The brave pursuit of next is in our DNA. If it’s in yours, we invite you to explore the opportunities we have for permanent and freelance roles. Or, join our talent network to get updates from us.

What kind of impact will you make?

Our teams are comprised of bright, passionate people, like you, who make bold choices for our clients and our communities.

Business Impact

Whether we’re using artificial intelligence to create lifesaving healthcare outcomes or building new, global financial systems to change the way customers manage their wealth, it’s part of our ethos to partner with our clients and communities to find digitally driven solutions to their most challenging issues.

Social Impact

Helping people thrive has been the bedrock of our values since our founding. Caring for the people and families in our communities is a meaningful manifestation of that.

Never Stop Learning & Growing

Pushing your limits to become the most knowledgeable and experienced in your field is part of working here. We celebrate a culture of constant learning that feeds personal growth. Our custom-designed courses include:

  • The Fellowship in Transformation Leadership — A 12-month MBA-level program designed to give participants the expertise and skills needed to help transform businesses for what’s next.
  • The Survival Academy for Program Managers — An interactive PMO training program geared toward agile methods and digital transformation work.
  • Make Some Room Workshop — Our award-winning unconscious bias learning experience to promote empathy and collaboration.

We All Belong Here

People are, quite simply, the reason we exist. Visionaries come in all shapes and sizes. We are committed to building a workplace that fosters fresh thinking, camaraderie and a sense of belonging. Because it is through our differences of experience that we have an opportunity to make our work better and our lives richer.

Prioritizing Inclusion

Our Make Some Romm workshop incorporates firsthand testimonials from our own people—women, people of color, LGBTQ and others—to put participants in the shoes of those who have experienced bias in the workplace.

Our goal is to help our people confront their own biases and allow each person to bring their whole selves to work at Publicis Sapient every day.

Most recently, we were honored to receive Digiday’s Worklife Award for “Most Committed to Diversity and Inclusion” for our thoughtful and meaningful approach to this very difficult problem.

“I’ve never experienced a workshop so powerful and so moving. I am blown away that Publicis Sapient has committed serious time and resources to make it happen… I am grateful to you and to Publicis Sapient for giving me this opportunity to open my heart, and for encouraging me to strive to be a better, kinder and more thoughtful person in my work and interactions with my colleagues.”  a Make Same Room participant

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (London, England).

    Interview

The interview process was quite standard. There was an initial phone interview and then a face to face interview. One interview with HR (competency) and another with senior managers which was more focussed. After this, I hear back within 1-2 weeks with an offer. I was pretty happy about that.

    Interview Questions

    • What do you know about Sapient?
Why do you want to work for Sapient?
Give me a time when you have worked in a team?
Give me an example of when you received negative feedback and what you did about it? (There is a big "feedback culture")   1 Answer
