    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Publitas (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in October 2018.

    Interview

Great interview process that helped me gain a really good understanding of what the job would be like in practice, including role responsibilities, company values, how people work together, or what tools they use to keep on top of everything as a mostly- remote team.

    It included:

    - An initial video introduction call with Lead of Operations

    - Strengths Finder assessment (very interesting to learn what my strengths are)

    - Role-specific tryout, consisting of multiple small tasks that simulate the actual job, followed by a discussion with the COO

    - Short video intro calls with multiple team members (Customer Success, Business Development, CEO, Product Manager)

At the end of the interview process, I felt like I had learned a lot and met some awesome people who are truly committed to what they do - so it was a very positive experience.
