Mission: We help publishers to realize the full potential of their digital assets
I have been working at Pubmatic full-time (More than a year)
Flexible office hours (within reason)
Good fun people and a great team environment
Good training and access to Udemy courses
Limited on remote working
Hours can be long to get the job done - but you never feel forced, people do it because they want to
Advice to Management
NY atmosphere is great now, everyone seems motivated and enjoys working together. Maybe make some of the team events in office hours to get everyone along. But nothing I can really suggest
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Pubmatic (London, England) in June 2014.
Lots of interviews, seemed disorganized their side, no respect for candidate's time or where they were in the process with other companies, took ages to get an offer. The team members I met seemed like nice people but the time I was left hanging, coupled with the feeling i had from the executive level last round I had left me feeling like I would not enjoy working there. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
Reasons for Declining
I didn't get a good vibe from the executive level last round.
