    Digital Service Advisor Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bath, England

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pure Planet (UK) (Bath, England) in July 2019.

Stage 1 - Telephone interview with Industry Operations Specialist - general chat that lasted ~20 minutes about what enticed me to the role and more information on the company.

Stage 2 - face-to-face interview with the Services Manager & a senior DSA - more like a conversation than a formal interview: chat about the DSA role in more detail, day-to-day life in the office, my experience and getting to know more about me. Both the interviewers were very friendly and completely put me at ease - they answered all the questions I had for them.

Stage 3 - Part 1: face-to-face interview with Andrew (CEO & one of the founders), he was really friendly and very open; the questions were based around getting to know me. He also had my C.V. open on his laptop whilst talking to me, which was really refreshing for a CEO to be so attentive. Part 2: face-face interview with Richard (HR), again really friendly and conversational. Told me more about the salary, company, benefits and explained the multi-step interview process was to ensure the people hired were the right fit for the company. I was contacted within a week.
