How would you describe working at Pure?

Choosing to work for Pure Retirement was the best career choice I've ever made not only because of the variety in my role, but also the people. Everyone here is so affable and approachable, and there's always ongoing projects within the company that make it even more enjoyable.

How have you experienced the values of the company?

Pure's core values are Honesty, Simplicity and Responsibility, and I believe these are apparent in not only by the services that we offer, but also feature heavily within my role. Whenever we make a change to one of our websites (whether cosmetic or functional), I always ensure I adhere to company values and provide the best service possible for my role.

How would you describe working at Pure?

Every day is different, which keeps the work both varied and interesting. Pure places a lot of trust in their staff and offers more autonomy than anywhere I’ve ever worked. This is very motivating as it empowers staff members to have a say and feel like we’re making a real difference and our input is valued.

How have you experienced the values of the company?

The company values are very closely aligned with how I’ve always worked. In all aspects of my work I ensure brokers and staff can trust me, not only for questions but to get the job done and do it to my best ability at all times. The duties I’m given show I take responsibility across many areas and can be trusted. And all this is only possible because I try to be honest, open and transparent with everything I do, it’s the best way to work, not being entirely honest can come back and bite people.

At Pure, we have dedicated team members who actively involve themselves in charity work and enjoy volunteering for various charities. Our mission is to both support local charities and retain an active involvement in larger charity fundraising days as part of a wider aim to give something back to the wider community.
