    Pros

It is unbelievable how everybody seems to be enjoying coming to work. The team are great and everybody is willing to share their knowledge. Line managers are kind, understanding and realistic in their expectations from each individual. There is no micromanagement, going on with your tasks and asking questions when you need help is the preferred approach, which I think is absolutely fantastic.
Also, there is a great and genuine concern about skills development and adherence to latest standards and technologies.

    Cons

    Not many bad things, really.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Purr Digital (London, England) in July 2016.

    Interview

Two meetings, first with the head of development and then with CEO, Head of development, and senior Ruby on Rails developer. I presented some code in the second meeting and described my approach to solving some problems.
