    I worked at Pusher full-time

    Pros

Really great atmosphere and culture with tonnes of socials, meals, free food and entertainment.
Flexible working with high degree of freedom to achieve goals in your own way.
Incredibly talented colleagues - every single person at the company was intelligent, hard working and approachable.
Interesting work as the company completed an amazing growth journey and is still seeking new opportunities and further growth.
    Good level of benefits.
    Great Office.

    Cons

Nit picking, but management were sometimes not as sensitivity as they could be when dealing with colleagues. Not a major issue, just a little bit more tact would have gone a long way!

    Advice to Management

Show a bit more sensitivity when interacting with colleagues and especially when there are sudden staff changes.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pusher (London, England) in April 2017.

    Interview

1x Video chat after I applied.
1x On site interview for skills test.

I explained a piece of code and then I had a chat with the VP of engineering and Head of Talent for them to understand what I was looking for and forward in the job.
