Pros
Very supportive and encouraging work environment; lots of great role models who invest time in developing others; still learning new things all the time despite working for the company for > fiveCons
A fast-paced environment which can be very busy at times - however, the strong sense of camaraderie and supportive environment prevent this from becoming too overwhelming.Inclusion at PwC
We’re committed to building a culture of inclusion that empowers all of our people to thrive and feel a sense of belonging at PwC.
How do we support our people?
Achieving a culture of inclusion requires inclusive leaders, who get the best out of all their people, helping their organisations to succeed in today’s complex national and global environments. I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PwC (United States)
Interview
Complete waste of time. Recruited by PwC via LinkedIn messaging. Set aside time for multiple discussions despite an intense work schedule. Submitted an application after the recruiter followed up with internal teams. Received an automated rejection and was ghosted by the recruiter when following up. Very unprofessional -- Telling of the culture, and glad I found opportunities elsewhere. This is an employee's market right now, not the other way around. No need to put up with this sort of experience anymore.Don't know -- Never had a proper interview.
