Keep driving the culture
I applied online. I interviewed at Q2 Solutions (Livingston, Scotland) in October 2017.
Applied online via their website and received a response for an interview not long after. There was about a week of preparation prior to the one interview.
The interview itself was with two senior managers. They were kind and considerate and seemed interested in what I had to say.
The drawback was after, when I received no response even confirming a rejection. I had to contact another manager myself to learn I was rejected and I didn't receive feedback.
