Chance to work with a lot of big name companies. Quite a lot of freedom to do it your way.
Huge pressure on resources, everyone doing too much, very long hours. Lots of politics and senior people avoiding taking ownership.
Advice to Management
Remove those who don't deliver as it demoralises everyone else.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at QA Consultants (Manchester, England) in October 2018.
Assessment centre Python challenge was ridiculously easy. The interviewer I had seemed to be very clueless on anything programming related. He asked me a question that he likely thought I wouldn't get, once I got it he quickly asked a different question that specific about Java that if you'd never done it, you'd never ever know.
