Mission: Our vision is:
• To be one of the best service providers in the UK
• To be an excellent employer
• To grow our business
Most companies only allow one day a year for volunteering activities, but RHP employees working more than 18 hours a week can take up to two days to make a difference!
Here at RHP we're big believers in balance ⚖️ so as part of our wellbeing package we encourage our employees to claim back 50% on an annual Headspace subscription #HappyMindfulnessDay #NationalQuietDay
As part of our commitment to be a great place to work, we choose to invest in our employees in a number of ways. This could be anything from innovative learning and development opportunities, offering a wide range of perks or providing a fun working environment.
We’ve been awarded the Platinum standard from Investors in People – the highest accreditation in leadership, people management and culture. Our commitment to provide an inspiring place to work means we’ve joined an elite group with only 0.5% of organisations in the UK achieving this standard.
We're really proud of our people - they're the secret to our success. And they've told us they love working for RHP too, with 97% of them telling us they’re satisfied in our last employee survey.
But don't just take our word for it! Listen to why our people enjoy working here in our short film.
Sign up for job alerts here and you'll get an email every time a new role pops up.
We take your development seriously: it helps us achieve our vision of being an excellent employer and providing excellent customer service. Learning new things doesn’t just help you get better at your job: it also helps you get to where you want to go in the future, whether that’s sticking with us, or moving on somewhere else.
We place a high importance on learning and invest around £2000k a year on learning activities. We know learning is best when it's business-focussed and fun and we create 99% of our programmes internally. An example of our innovative approach is using gamification such as popular game show Deal or no Deal to explore risk taking!
I have been working at RHP full-time (Less than a year)
A fantastic work environment with a a whole host of benefits.
Friendly teams of people with a can-do approach working together to achieve success. I previously worked for a company who considered they offered their staff the best - but my experience has taught me that RHP actually care about their staff & reward them.
