We take your development seriously: it helps us achieve our vision of being an excellent employer and providing excellent customer service. We place a high importance on learning and invest around £2000k a year on learning activities. We know learning is best when it's business-focussed and fun and we create 99% of our programmes internally. An example of our innovative approach is using gamification such as popular game show Deal or no Deal to explore risk taking!

    RHP is undoubtedly a fantastic employer that works hard to ensure employees are engaged and feel both recognised and rewarded. The office is a modern and vibrant space which visitors are always complimentary about. There is an impressive benefits package available to everybody which focuses on what really matters to people. Supported by an amazing Learning and Development team there is so much room for progression and many opportunities to attend training. Although employees can work flexibly, I personally love being in the office and working alongside great colleagues!
