We place a high importance on learning and invest around £2000k a year on learning activities. We know learning is best when it's business-focussed and fun and we create 99% of our programmes internally. An example of our innovative approach is using gamification such as popular game show Deal or no Deal to explore risk taking!

    Pros

    Great office environment, nice people, upbeat people centric culture, social purpose, continuous improvement ethos.

    Cons

    Sometimes has a tendency to try to do / change too many things the same time.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in strategic change delivery capability, but I think this is already being looked at.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RHP (Teddington, London, England) in May 2016.

    Interview

    An initial meet and greet; followed by an interview with 3 interviewers; a series of questions in a Word document to prioritise in order of importance; sample minute taking; writing an email response to a complaint; a discussion with interviewers and other applicants re. relevant current affairs. We were all well looked after and shown the offices and were encouraged to ask as many questions as we liked.
